Sara Quam Joins Scooter’s Coffee as Director of Procurement at Harvest Roasting

OMAHA, Nebraska, July 28, 2021 – As Scooter’s Coffee accelerates momentum in its franchise system and roasting operations, Sara Quam has been named Director of Procurement of Scooter’s Coffee sister company, Harvest Roasting. Harvest Roasting nurtures strong relationships with family-operated coffee farms around the world that ensure attention to detail and quality. The result is Scooter’s Coffee sources high-quality ingredients and roasts only the world’s finest specialty coffee beans.

Prior to joining the Scooter’s Coffee family, Quam was Senior Sourcing Leader for Honeywell, where she worked with suppliers and managed inventory. Prior to that, Quam was with Brightstar, providing cell phone accessories to retail stores. She has a B.A. degree in History and Government from Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin.

William Dolan Will Optimize Opportunities as Vice President of Real Estate for Scooter’s Coffee

OMAHA, Nebraska, July 19, 2021 –  To help accelerate the momentum of Scooter’s Coffee growth and support the company’s intentional mindset toward franchisee success, William Dolan has joined the company as Vice President of Real Estate. He is responsible for franchisee and corporate real estate functions.

Dolan has over a 20-year tenure in corporate real estate with emphasis in site selection, construction project management and lease administration. He has managed large portfolios in a wide array of industry segments, including franchise concepts. Most recently, he served with HearUSA, a retail arm of Siemens Hearing Instruments, and BurgerFi International, Inc., a fast casual better burger concept. Dolan studied business at Boston College.
