OMAHA, Neb., June 5, 2026 – Two Scooter’s Coffee leaders were named to QSR Magazine’s Young Restaurant Leaders to Watch, a ranking recognizing 25 top leaders who are shaping the future of the quick service restaurant industry.
The 2026 ranking list by QSR Magazine recognized 25 young QSR leaders who are driving meaningful transformation in the industry by bringing together strategy, data, and execution. Among those recognized were Scooter’s Coffee’s own Jessica Clark, senior manager of operations excellence, and Emily Hopkins, senior manager of procurement operations.
Clark is part of the Operations team and was nominated for her impact on store execution. With an eye for detail and an understanding of realities facing store teams nationwide, she plays a critical role in implementing standards that can be executed consistently within the Scooter’s Coffee system. Her collaborative and encouraging leadership style has built strong relationships that ultimately lead to operational improvements that benefit the entire Scooter’s Coffee network.
Hopkins is part of the Supply Chain team and was nominated for her ability to identify process gaps, build scalable solutions, and bring multiple departments together to improve operations in Scooter’s Coffee locations. A recent packaging change initiative involved collaboration across teams, and Hopkins brought these different groups together to ensure brand consistency and operational efficiency. Her leadership style fosters collaboration, elevates team morale, and drives accountability and consistency through clear expectations. These traits have made her a rising talent in the industry.
These recognitions mark three young leaders at Scooter’s Coffee who have been named to QSR’s Young Leaders to Watch list. Josi Orsi, director of brand and creative strategy, was recognized as part of QSR’s 2025 Young Restaurant Leaders to Watch list. This trio has 21 years of combined experience shaping the future of Scooter’s Coffee and have played a critical role in where the brand is today.
