Can I use a promo code on subscriptions?
- Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions do not qualify for discount codes.
Can I pause my subscription and start it again later?

Where can I see my subscription information?
- If you've created an account with us, you're able to view subscription details by signing in, clicking the top right "Welcome (Your Name)", then click "My Account", and finally "My Subsciptions".
Can I cancel my subscription?
- We’re sorry to see you go, but if you need to cancel, please contact us at customerservice@scooterscoffee.com and we will take care of it for you.
- Subscriptions must be cancelled five (5) business days in advance of shipping date. Customers which cancel inside of this period will not receive a full refund and may be subject to restocking fees.
I need to update my subscription, what do I do?
- If you need to add or subtract items, contact customerservice@scooterscoffee.com so we can cancel your current subscription. The fastest way to update your subscription is to make a new one. Quick and easy.
