Sara Quam Joins Scooter’s Coffee as Director of Procurement at Harvest Roasting

OMAHA, Nebraska, July 28, 2021 – As Scooter’s Coffee accelerates momentum in its franchise system and roasting operations, Sara Quam has been named Director of Procurement of Scooter’s Coffee sister company, Harvest Roasting. Harvest Roasting nurtures strong relationships with family-operated coffee farms around the world that ensure attention to detail and quality. Prior to joining the Scooter’s Coffee family, Quam was Senior Sourcing Leader for Honeywell, where she worked with suppliers and managed inventory. Prior to that, Quam was with Brightstar, providing cell phone accessories to retail stores. She has a B.A. degree in History and Government from Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin.

Quam brings a wealth of supply chain expertise in managing inventory levels and all aspects of sourcing and procurement.
